big problems for anyone who associates with a person like this...
If I were an employee, past or present with this company, I would definitely seek help from a legal aid provider who knows about employment law for advice on what to do to protect my interests as far as any nonpayment of wages or inaccuracies in hours paid, tax withholding, 401K, etc. This whole charade with this company can't possibly go on much longer now, but the damage being caused can have long lasting effects. I just hope any losses suffered by the MTs will quickly be recovered and everything made right...
