Data caps - Depends on the provider Posted: Oct 2nd, 2019 - 8:36 pm In Reply to: I've checked into canceling cable but there's a data cap on streaming - sm
What device do you use for streaming? Does your phone/device data plan count against this? I have cable internet and use a Roku to stream TV. My cable company offers a "skinny bundle" TV package for $25 a month, my internet is $65 but there are no data caps. I still think it's too expensive. Verizon is my cell phone provider but I never use my phone to stream anything except music off line. I hear what you are saying about rent. We have lots of vacancies but it's jacked up so high that people can't afford to move, hence the homeless problem.
