because there was very little working at home. When someone became retired age they retired - they didn't go home and work until the age of 90.

This is a very different field from 20-50 years ago.

You weren't faced with this issue as a younger MT at all because you worked in-house. People retired, people stayed home when they had babies. This does not happen now.

This is simple economics. I'm done arguing this.
