offshoring the work to MTs in India and the Philippines being paid two cents per line and U.S. companies trying to compete with those ridiculous prices, as well as speech recognition. The stay-at-home people seem to be more interested in general transcription at this point. As we know, not everyone can handle the medicine, and those who can't give up.
