A lot of us were forced to retire early because we lost our good hospital transcription jobs/benefits. Early retirement means less social security. If I did not have my part-time transcription job (4/7) I would be living on 800.00 a month because I was forced to retire at 62. Maybe you can learn something from us; don't assume you will be able to do what you are doing job-wise until you choose to retire at age 65+, somebody might pull the rug out from under you so plan ahead.
