Bankruptcy 7 or 13 - too embarrassed to say

I left MT 3 years ago.  I now work in an office for a small hourly wage.  I am embarrassed to say my credit cards are all full now keeping up with payments other than a credit card.  Yes, I probably live a lavish lifestyle (just a touch of sarcasm).  Does anyone have any advice to offer on bankruptcy?  Is there a website you can visit that will answer basic questions about qualifying?  I know absolutely nothing about this, but am slowly spiraling down the drain.  Thank you.
