Nobody can really tell you anything here, unless they know your income/debt ratio, what those debts are, laws in your state, and many other factors about yourself I'm sure you dont want to disclose on a public message board.
Those attorneys should offer a free consultation.
or, if you've got a university near you with a law school, call and ask if the kids do any work for bare bones costs since they are students. I got one of those and the work was good.
