I once read that a company can't offer different "levels" of insurance for employees with differing job descriptions. There can obviously be "exempt" and "nonexempt" employees, but I thought that the CEO's insurance coverage is the same as the janitor's. Of course, the CEO can afford the co-pays and deductible, or can purchase supplemental coverage, I suppose.

I work for a hospital, and our coverage sucks. Really, it's only good for catastrophic illness, and probably only marginally for that. You would think that a healthcare institution would hold health maintenance in high regard, huh?
