Take another position in your hospital. ANYTHING. Even if you hate it, do it anyway because you will hate minimum wage (or NO WAGE if there is no work) even more. Don't give up your hourly wage for horrible pay based on line count, which the agencies make sure is almost not achievable. Then use all your spare time to find something you do like but don't give up that hourly wage.
