No pay raises - crap dictators, or no dictation at all. On top of that, the MTSO thinks I will quit or is trying to get me to by doing the above and more. Give me a break. I know there are other options out there but when you get to a "certain" age you know no one is going to hire you. I am just venting - I sometimes feel like there are no choices. I really wish I could quit but it is not an option.
