Thank you for the reply. I have a ton of confidence and a lot of anger. The problem is that I feel trapped because I am not quite retirement age and don't want to re-train for something else like coding. No one is going to hire an "older woman" with white hair. I know any other MT job will be just more of the same. I have a lot of motivation but I just don't know where to turn. I feel stuck and frustrated. I applaud you taking steps to change your life - I would love to just don't know what baby step to take or to where.
