The way I look at it, if the quality scores consistently decrease below minimum metrics, then they have a few choices
1) Ignore the metrics and continue to employ us.
2) Stick to the metrics, and put most of us on PAP and then dismiss us. OOPs, now their UE percent goes up. Not a good business plan.
3) Stick to the metrics, and watch the accounts move on, hoping for better "quality" from another company. Not gonna happen, because a lot of the quality is poor audio. No matter where they go, the audio will not improve, until they fix it.
I'm sure they have another phase to fix the problems created by this plan. Not holding my breath to see what it is.
