Good timing for them to do it after the first of the year. Work loads tend to be a little lighter and if they lose a few more employees --- so be it. Lots of people run immediately when they institute something "new and exciting". I almost did when they talked about the grid, but stuck it out and so far have survived it. I guess we will see soon enough.
Was hoping someone with inside info would shed some light on this.
