OMG, this is all so ridiculous! Can't even imagine working under these conditions, makes no sense BUSINESS WISE at all! Luckily, I don't work for them and never would. I would rather push a shopping cart around the neighborhood than do that. I will tell you that doing QA, at least for the company I work for doing both QA and trans, dialing into the "listen" mode is always clearer, and I don't know why that is.
