If not speech, wreck, some other form of electronic records that will decrease the work load. If I remember correctly, wasn't ambulatory straight typing? If so, the smaller accounts are likely being transferred over to the new platform with VR and then the larger accounts will go. If you intended to stay in the field, it very well may be a good idea to transfer to acute care so that you can get the hang of VR. If you do not intend to stay in the field, here is your warning shot telling you it is getting closer to time to find something else. Your New Year's resolution may be to find a new job and quick.
