Work moving to "another division" - My turn Posted: Dec 10th, 2015 - 7:37 am
So my work has disappeared the past couple of weeks - multiple accounts. We received a message yesterday that over the upcoming weeks several accounts would be transferred to "another division" of Nuance and the MTs wouldn't be accompanying them to this other division.
The reasoning for this transfer? The TSMs have too many accounts each. The e-mail goes on to mention we'd be getting bigger accounts later. Really? They have too many accounts but they're getting bigger new accounts? Makes no sense.
This e-mail listed about 10 accounts being moved in the next 3 weeks. That will affect every MT on the team because the MTs without work will be moved to the accounts that still have work ... until it's all moved.
I'm starting to believe the idea is to do away with ambulatory.
