One of the things that has frustrated me about this company is how some get e-mails that others have not. I did not get this particular E-mail but have felt like something was going on as they did not have work, then they have work yet want to give me a hard time about my metrics. I have come to the conclusion that you better have nerves of steel to work for this company because no matter what you do, it is designed for the MTS to fail. I personally am looking for something outside of this profession but until I find something pretty much stuck but one thing I will not do is quit as I am not a quitter. They have had almost 6 months to let me go if I was doing so bad and wait until now, really. I got off subject, this company makes you crazy.
