With this, I just lost most of my work after having - already been stripped of exclusives

exclusives gone. Now new account gone. They are trying to force us onto acute care side (see company e-mail). Hate to job hunt just before Christmas but have to. Their grid backfired and too many of us were/are doing well on it. They want more workers but they want to keep them just at minimum wage. I suppose they "have" to have a USA side? Probably federal regulations? But they don't want to really pay more than minimum. Just my take on it.

I agree with Mom22 and others here who said this company is making them sick. Literally sick. I know my friends and family are getting really tired of me moping around, being depressed and sick, complaining about work. I am getting quieter, going insane maybe.

Until a couple of months ago I was still reasonably happy with my job despite all the changes, but now I just can't take it any more. Oh yeh, and they always seem to spring things on us just before a holiday don't you think?

I don't think unemployment is winnable. This is a production job and I just don't think you can win (unless you are California where the odds are in the employee's favor). I have lost half my pay but they would say I just slowed down or something to that effect.

If anyone has a tip on a good IC company, maybe with Inscribe platform, that wants a dedicated, loyal, accurate part-time clinic transcriptionist, please e-mail me. I am desperate to get out of here even though the timing is bad.
