My personal opinion is that they are getting rid of "ambulatory" altogether. Just one big (un)happy family! The TSM e-mail said they want volunteers to move over to acute side, and that we could ask questions but that they probably can't give us any answers right now. I bet once the smaller accounts are transferred then the bigger accounts will go one by one. Some of my accounts were USA only and i can see no reason why USA accounts would be transferred to another division unless they are sneaking them to India without the client knowing.
