I'm on multiple accounts, probably at least 10, and I'm lucky to have 40 jobs in my pool a day now, which are shared by many MTs now.
My 3 main accounts were not low volume. One of those 3 kept me busy most of the day sometimes.
This email also mentioned this transition was because the TSMs had too many accounts, which is odd since in the same paragraph she also mentioned getting larger new accounts soon? Contradictory?
