I have suffered from finger pain, wrist pain, and now shoulder pain. (Arthritis does run in my family, but mostly in the legs/back.) I have been an MT for 35+ years, but the pain has gotten a lot worse since I started doing VR. The position of my right hand and arm are much different than they are with straight typing and I think that is the cause. You are not alone!
