Were you forced by the company when starting - VR to transcribe differently

I was the poster who stated this is my 43rd year in transcription. I have never used any different methods for VR, never. When told by the company taking over our accounts how to use, what keys different, I continued to use my mouse. They said it could not be done. I say my line count is over 4000 per day plus and no hand issues.
