IMO, micromanaged with poorly educated and trained supervisors, bounced from account to account due to same, then get warnings about falling out of grid due to bouncing around -- common sense should tell there, cherry picking and assigning of jobs so the others can get the better in line. Ignored emails. Not following THEIR own rules. Every year they find a new way to cut pay and benefits so they can make more (which is evident in the public reports) the whole while telling everyone that we have the potential to make more....so much wrong here.
