I've been an MT since 2004, employed with Transcend and then Webmedx before Nuance absorbed them. I now make a third of what I used to make 4 years ago.
The only good thing is that I have been on the same account for years, so I can at times make a decent C-LPH and if I keep my submissions to QC below 10%, I can still squeak out an okay paycheck at 0.08 C-LPH, which is really only 0.04 LPH.
I really just concentrate on speed and QC submissions and try to forget about QA altogether.
