Depending on your account it is nearly impossible to know what you will make. If you have a good week pay you can just about guarantee your next week they will find a way to pay you bottom rate, so you average out at a lower pay. My TSm sends out weekly reports and average seems to be $8-$9 an hour for her group. AZs for learning your dictators and shortcuts. I currently have between 12 and 20 facilities with average 10 doctors each, some as many as 20. I am lucky to see the same doctor more than one day a week. Good luck.
