I have other responsibilities, however, that limit my ability to work certain days and certain schedules (caregiver for elderly mother). So, it's not like I'm just complaining and not doing anything about the situtation. My hands are just tied at the moment, but I am looking and fully believe that the right job will come along and then I AM OUT OF HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
