I can't wait to see who wins the war and which one is left standing. Two classic examples of money hungry, worthless management companies I have EVER worked at. I hope they BOTH wind up in the trash can bankrupt. I only wish MTs could band together and make that happen sooner rather than later. This is all just so senseless. Ruination of lives.....

You should be sick about it. Things may stay the same for 3-6 months, but get ready, BIG changes are coming. Pukance is the worst company to work for in the industry. Everything they promise is a big fat lie.

They made me physically sick.

in the grand scheme of things. Why else make all these p*ss poor decisions, that make no sense at all as far as running a company successsfully for the long-term? These are tactics you'd never see taught in business management classes at any reputable college or business school.

The company owners tinker with the business and milk as much money as they can out of it for as long as possible, then up and declare bankruptcy on the company.

The execs are not stupid. They know SR is not perfect, it never will be, there's no way it can ever be, so they do a hard sell on the product as much as possible while they can, get the money and run, not caring about the fallout. MTs without jobs, hospitals with worthless systems, patients with charts full of errors, hospitals/doctors sued, patients died or hurt because of critical errors in medication or diagnoses information in charts, and so on.

Why should they care? The execs got their money, let the rest of the world take care of itself.

I'd bet anything this is the long-range forecast.

One of the managers from there came over to Nuance, said she handled "hundreds" of accounts there and has started getting rid of everybody who worked for Transcend before being bought out.

Any former Probity now Nuance employees get their W2s yet? I've checked the Workforce now whatever that is for W2s and there is nothing there. Fiesa is the tool whereby they accomplish this without having to fire all but a few...because most MTs exposed to it quit in frustration first. IT IS THEIR PLAN AND WAS ALL ALONG. I left MModal when they took over a company I was working for, so really I was only with them for about 2 weeks. Now I'm working for a company that Nuance is taking over. I applied for Nuance and I've been offered a job with them. They are already so disorganized. Just faxing in the paperwork to them has been a nightmare. The recruiter is scatterbrained. Rumor has it that now Nuance will purchase MModal!!! OMG... There will be no other company left. Nuance is horrible and now with joining hips with MModal it will be worse for all of us. I left MModal and now with Nuance and things are not better. MModal will just continue to ruin the industry and send everything offshore or to VR and pay us pennies for our knowledge and hard work.
