I have a schedule to test with QMedET solutions - sm

Thursday and I wonder if anyone here can help me. What kind of platform do they use and do you need MS Word 2003?

They only pay 7 cpl....and you have to have 6 weeks of training on something called a PATH platform or something....I had emailed them first and asked what their line rate was before testing. Lots to learn for 7 cpl. No thanx.

The job I have now is not working out (it actually pays less than that!) and I have to have something PDQ. I sure hope that strike today did something!

I had my test scheduled this morning. The PDF file cannot be copied for editing as it is password protected. It is 4 pages of editing sentences, spelling choices of meds and choosing related illness, expanding abbreviations, etc. They want you to retype the PDF file into word then paste into email plus 7 short voice files. I wasn't retyping all that going back and forth. I told them no thanks. They said 7 cpl was for training, I don't know what they give after that. First 3 weeks is for training, second 3 weeks was on account training.

They use Emdat. It was listed in their ad. If you have experience with that it may cut down the training the first 3 weeks.

So, I'm an RMT with less than 1 year of experience under my belt...currently working as an IT on an account only paying .05 cpl and also another account paying .07 cpl. Together, they comprise pretty much a full-time job for me. I was doing research in Qmedet and found that the only person who seems to cheer lead for them is Lifepostnuance. I have had a tough time connecting with them and they are wanting me to do a lot of testing. I also saw that the owner posts on here and I am beginning wonder if the owner is Lifepostnuance. My experience has been that they are slow to respond... Anyone have some suggestions if I should go forward with the process??? ...
