how do you get tech support for iChart? - sm - MTwallet

I have switched accounts and can't see my lines for the new account. Have asked my TSM about it several times, to no avail. Called tech support and they can't do anything without a ticket but person I spoke to couldn't tell me how to get a ticket....and round and round we go.  And we have been told not to use the line counts in Dictaphone EXText but to go by the one on iChart. Frustrating!

never mind. all I've gotten so far are TSM emails cracking the whip for TAT--OP - all they seem to be interested in

I have a feeling the account you're talking about is "heavenly," isn't it? If so, I'm in the same boat... and I feel like I'm trying to bail water out of said boat with a baby's spoon!

All I can say is, good luck. I finally figured out a system, but it's quite lengthy... You can pull the job back up and click the statistics button. If you scroll down, it'll show you the lines. While they say not to use that sort of thing, it's basically correct. It added up for me the few days I tested it. But the fact that they can't figure this out after weeks of this client, when it's on a system they've had for YEARS... just adds to the frustration, doesn't it.

Oh! And don't you love the Russian Roulette of the account specs... I've been on many new accounts, but never ones quite so horrible as this one!

and I mentioned that the ASR in DQS 7 is BAD, much worse than before. He said, "yes, I know - it's because the system has to relearn from scratch all the dictators, and it's going to be a while before it gets as "good" as it was before." He was just matter-of-factly telling me this. No skin off his nose (or his salary). My chaps my hide is that the MTs have to take a pay hit during all of this "relearning" time. Do you think Tech Support could adjust the volumes so that the whispered jobs are amplified and the loud jobs are toned down, so there is like one set loudness?  I just had the one guy that you have to turn all the way up because he is across the room.  Of course I forgot at the end that I had the volume all the way up, so the next job literally blew me out of my chair.  I jump up about 4 inches every time this happens.  My heart is still pounding and my knees still shaking. ...

I had an interview with Amphion this week.  I'm currently working at a hospital, but the pay blows and their "annual raises" consist of about $0.25/year.  I need to be able to support my kids and would really rather not work 60 hours per week.  The only account with Amphion that looks somewhat appealing to me is the iChart Dictaphone account, for several reasons.  I do realize it is a lot of editing.  I'm fine with that as long as I'm getting a decent lin ...

Hi. I've just started working with ichart. I have a 9-pin foot pedal that works great with Express Scribe, but I just can't seem to connect it to TransNet. In the Options on Express Scribe, I enabled it easily, but TransNet doesn't seem to have any controller options on its menu. Individual Line Counts On IChart And Dictaphone

Been at Nuance about 3 months now.  How to I approve line count on WebClock when I have no idea how many reports Nuance is counting.  Nuance just comes up with a number and I am told to approve it.  Does anyone just accept Nuance word for the line counts and approve their timesheet?   Does anyone know how to do individual line counts on Dictaphone platform or Word for a guestimate if the line counts Nuance comes up at the end of the pay period are even close to accurate?&nbs ...

What are your computer specs? DH brought up a good question tonight. I have recently moved from my old faithful with 80 MB hard drive with 512 memory to 380 GB hard drive with 3 MB memory. i have had nothing but problems with Escription and not making my lines. I can't just use the shortcut keys and I can't use my expander.
