I have switched accounts and can't see my lines for the new account. Have asked my TSM about it several times, to no avail. Called tech support and they can't do anything without a ticket but person I spoke to couldn't tell me how to get a ticket....and round and round we go. And we have been told not to use the line counts in Dictaphone EXText but to go by the one on iChart. Frustrating!
