Message sent to manager and TL - Southern belle

(Note, X's are put in place here to protect certain information, but the rest is what I wrote them). 

Dear *** and ***, 

A couple of days ago an e-mail was sent to everyone on (***) account reminding eveyone that we are to transcribe all dictators and if help is needed to send the reports to QC.  I have noticed that many times when I log on in the morning time to work that the only reports left on this account are the "less desirable" dictators, i.e. those who dictate consistently in noisy environments are on straight transcription.  I actually prefer the latter.  Anyway, I know that you have India come on every night to clean up the account as you've admitted this before. 

I'd like to call your attention that I checked the system before going to bed for 2 nights in a row and wrote down the following job #s (***) which I suspected would be avoided by India.  These were all close to the "top" on logging into be transcribed so they should have been done by them.  I also wronte down a couple of job #s following those of the same work type as a spot check. 

Sure enough, both yesterday and this morning when I logged in the "undesirable" work was left for us to do in the day shift but the "good stuff" was gone.  

I would expect you to reprimand the offshore teams the way you do the US based MTs for cherry picking around the bad dictators or those reports they want to avoid.  Do note that I am going to continue to monitor this and if it continues I will proceed moving up the chains of command in the company as this is not right to let them first off take away work from the US employees and then get to pick and choose -when we are told to not do that.
