I have had about 15 supervisors in my 5 years here and that is how we always hear. They are working one minute and then poof we get an E-mail that they are gone. Some other supe covers stuff for a few days or weeks and then we get a new one.

Just recieved the email within the past day or 2. No reason, just said she was leaving. Maybe she knows something we don't? Hope not.

She does know something - definitely . . .

She probably knows that MQ -- with the combined regions now -- is going to be looking at the CCMs real hard and getting rid of some. It would seem to me that some could go, especially if they are in one the regions that has very little work any more -- that region could be combined with another.

I kind of figured after they did that, they would start cleaning the CCM house.

Now that MQ is getting to the culmination of their plan to move virtually all work to India, but need to keep a small group of US workers, the CCMs are being asked to call us with a line of bs about how lucky we are, and fire others for bogus reasons, and I believe there are some CCMs with integrity enough to quit rather than stoop so low.

and she decided to quit - but I'm only guessing. We had an optional conference call last week and MT's vented about the injustice of docking our pay based upon QA submissions. No good can come of this. We are losing $$ but the patient's are at risk because of potential guessing and potential omissions on medical documents. This whole thing is immoral.

I think we have the same CCM - I think after the conference call and she realized how upset we were, she started thinking about things and just decided it is not worth it. I wish her the best. She was supposed to get back to us with clarification on the 0.03 thing but so far I haven't heard anything.

Yes, we must have the same CCM. You're right, she never got back to us. I wonder if she found out that we will get docked for EVERY REPORT we do after that whether or not it goes to QA? Who can work under these conditions? It's ridiculous!

I wondered the same thing and asked my CCM, she said we'll only be docked for reports that get submitted to QA, not every report we do.

Must have gave a 2 week notice. I know my manager has so much work to do that she cannot keep up, literally. She works 10-11 hours a day. She is getting burned out. The only thing that is keeping her going is she keeps telling herself she is thankful she has a job because a lot of people in her neighborhood are out of jobs and lots of homes are up for sale.

OK ... when you're in Fluency Manager, "status" ... where you see the list of facilities and number of reports. When I click on the names of a few accounts that I'm assigned to, it takes me to a page that has a sort of "box" that has listed company, contact, type of company, etc. One of those fields is called "Account Manager". This is the TSM's name that manages that account. None of my accounts has my TSM's name in that field - it has someone else� ...

Sorry QC was put on the grid and suffering losses (like we have), but from my point of view the more of them leave, the more work left for us. Isn't that horrible we are reduced to feeling that way about our co-workers??? Some QC say they are not allowed to do MT unless the account is behind, some say they are allowed when they run out of work. From the length of time we have been suffering from OOW I have to believe they can and do jump in on our work when out of QC ...

I was working 2 jobs and not able to keep up with both jobs, so ended up getting fired, and mgr said I would be blocked from reemployment via my SSN. Wondering if anyone has been rehired in such a situation. Do they really block SSNs from re-hire? I have just read a few emails that are so filled with deception by management I wonder if managers are ever embarrassed to spread this BS.
