Question about Fluency Manager ... "Account Manager" field - anon

OK ... when you're in Fluency Manager, "status" ... where you see the list of facilities and number of reports. When I click on the names of a few accounts that I'm assigned to, it takes me to a page that has a sort of "box" that has listed company, contact, type of company, etc. One of those fields is called "Account Manager". This is the TSM's name that manages that account. None of my accounts has my TSM's name in that field - it has someone else's name listed there.

It got me curious, so I started checking on a few other accounts, NONE of my accounts have my TSM's name listed as "Account Manager". Could this mean she's no longer with the company? I'm in the west, and as the days go by with no work I'm wondering if a layoff is impending. A regular email "update" that our team gets like clockwork hasn't come for almost 2 weeks now and there has been no communication from this TSM in almost 2 weeks.

When you click on YOUR account names, do you see your TSM's name in that field?

Are those updated right away after a TSM leaves?

Does anyone else besides me think it's weird that we have to wonder who/where our managers are? Something is very wrong with this.

Not the same...account manager listing in Fluency is the CRM, that's why you don't see your manager's name.

I recognize some of the Account Manager/CRP names listed as also being TSMs so I can kind of see where the confusion is coming in.

I'm really not sure there IS a way to find out if your TSM is still with the company, with the exception of there being some kind of announcement.

If I was not able to reach my supervisor for a week I would then contact his or her supervisor or HR. This is ridiculous that you can't reach them. My prior supervisor was let go and I received a phone call that day from my new supervisor. Something fishy seems to be going on for sure.

I'm supposed to be working right now and when I tried to log in to Fluency it said my password expired and to go to Fluency Manager to change it. I have just read a few emails that are so filled with deception by management I wonder if managers are ever embarrassed to spread this BS. We were just sent a list of how our team did on audits for February so far, listed by ID#. Out of around 50 workers, three of them had 7-8 reports audited (including me, which I passed at 99.8), two with 5 and two with 4. The rest had 3 and below reports audited.
