Don't you just love how you get threatening e-mails wanting you to work more as clients are unhappy because their work is not getting back in a timely fashion. Where was this concern when we were running out of work on a daily basis and were expected to just sit and wait for work. There was no loyalty to their employees and so many quit, as they were tired of waiting and NO MONEY, and now they do not have enough employees for the work they have now. OK ... when you're in Fluency Manager, "status" ... where you see the list of facilities and number of reports. When I click on the names of a few accounts that I'm assigned to, it takes me to a page that has a sort of "box" that has listed company, contact, type of company, etc. One of those fields is called "Account Manager". This is the TSM's name that manages that account. None of my accounts has my TSM's name in that field - it has someone else� ...

Lately, I have transcribed many reports where the doctors use the word pee instead of void or urinate. Also they have used threw up or throwing up instead of vomiting. Also I had one doctor say the patient had number 2 instead of bowel movement. This to me is so unprofessional. These are not even the right words for lay-people to use. Are they not teaching the correct terminology in medical school anymore? I get the urge to change the words to the proper ones ...

Here we go with the threatening emails again. This is from the top dog though. He wants anyone putting in OOW tickets to be switched to weekend hours so we have turnaruond time compliance. I think it's terrible that an MQ recruiter is on this board alluding to threatening MQ employees and former MQ employees about voicing their opinions about this company and that somehow they can figure out who we are.
