OK ... when you're in Fluency Manager, "status" ... where you see the list of facilities and number of reports. When I click on the names of a few accounts that I'm assigned to, it takes me to a page that has a sort of "box" that has listed company, contact, type of company, etc. One of those fields is called "Account Manager".
