did anyone else get a call from CCM for company survey? - just want to work

Q wanting to know how satisfied I was working for them and what suggestions I could make.

Did you tell them you would be happier if the work stayed in the US and they got rid of the enemy that is calling the shots here?

I would tell them how I haven't had a pay raise in 10 years and how they need someone to better organize the company so that some MTs don't NJA and others are overloaded with work. Then they need to fire all the little CCMs and put back in managers who know this business and not be worried only about TAT. Oh boy I could give them enough to think about and have in past emails but it falls on deaf ears! Okay,sorry for venting!

I had tons I WANTED to say, but I didn't respond. I don't know my CCM well and questioned the repercussions. Curious as to the one who responded how she/he answered and if there was a response from the CCM.

wouldn't you respond? Who cares what the CCM thinks. Heck, I tell my CCM all the time what I think. They can't do anything to you for giving your opinion. One of the reasons they get away with what they get away with is because too many people are scared to let them know what they think and accept what they do to us.

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be considered a high producer. Not only that, I recently failed an audit, so sorry to burst that bubble

My first instinct was to jump for joy that they gave me a 98%, but realized I failed. Imagine, failing with 98%. One of the corrections they found was just plain wrong - saying it was "illogical" that I wrote quadrants instead of quadrant. However, they should have noted that the doctor dictated LEFT AND RIGHT quadrants, not just one quadrant. I guess I'm just too illogical.

It was really a real person, not a machine, QA'ing me. The QA responded that she has real reservations for putting me on op reports (??) and said that I should correct what ASR says as it might not always be correct. She obviously didn't read my rebuttal to her first correction, but I guess we're not allowed to correct them, or it simply isn't considered. "Do as I say and not as I do" seems to be the order of the day. Of course, I'm sure a lawyer would have a field day with all the e-mails I'm collecting when it comes time to fighting for unemployment if that time comes.

Almost unbelievable. Believable because it's the Q. Any remember Q on Star Trek - LOL nm

No matter how many of us answer it and regardless of what we say, after it is all over they will tell us that MQ employees love the company. For example, when they ask if compensation encourages people to do their best, the obvious answer is "strongly disagree" right? Before the new pay rule game, I made 7.5 cents (3.75 cents for editing). Then when this new pay game started, I made less at 7 cents. However, I find lately I've been actually making noticeably more money with this pay game. You just got to keep quality and pending to QC under control. Every time MQ sends out a survey they use it to justify a pay cut or cesspool or other "great" ideas. They twist the results of the survey to fit their agenda and then say- see the MTs agree that ASR is better or they are sick of running out of work. JMHO but I am not filling it out so they can use my answers to make my job worse than it already is. ...
