Kidney disease is stage 1, 2, etc. Roman numerals are no longer used..yet every report I check on this person in docqumanage has roman numerals.

I also have some accounts where the EDT comes through with EDT attending physician and EDT admitting physician lists that I have to re-type the exact same name under the headings attending and admission physician on the EDT. Why won't it come through that way to begin with?!

They used to work with us and correct misspellings and other problems, but then they moved IT to India and they don't want to/will not work with us. When I have gotten the impression that they look at us MTs as bothersome gnats.
My QAM keeps saying ASR will learn if we would all "get on the same page" with our corrections/editing. Well, I when I look up jobs, I see that we are indeed "on the same page".

I know this is a little thing, but after 2 years it is a little annoying. Why do you ask MTs to look up physician names and addresses that are not in the database and to send to QA? After 15 years, I finally had left MQ to go to DSG, then got thrown back into MQ/MM 2 years later when they bought out DSGs medical transcription department. I left MT completely after that fiasco.
