We will never be appreciated by this company! I have given up on that idea. That is why I am giving my notice and moving on. No..I don't have another job in place. I am going to put applications everywhere I can think of...even McDonald's and Burger King. It is sad that I can make more money at those places. You know what really makes me angry? Corporate can mail out all those e-mails about requiring more lines, first-time right, ASR productivity, etc., but they could not even wish their MTs a Merry Christmas or the more politically correct "Happy Holidays!" We are nothing to them except a means to an end! I am also sick of it and getting out! I wish you all the best and God Bless!

I was also offended by not even a Merry Christmas from corporate. Probably didn't want to offend "others." How 'bout offending me! Didn't surprise me, just reinforced what I already know. I am not a human being here. I am a line count and nothing more. I would love to give notice before finding something else but need a paycheck, even if an insulting paycheck. Every payday I cry and get very depressed. The only good thing that comes of it is I work harder on my resume and job applications. WE ARE BETTER THAN THIS! The job we do is worth what we used to be paid. Let's all stick together and work on moving on. They are taking advantage of years of experience and expertise. The days are numbered for them. We will all slowly move on.

I used to look forward to payday. Now I dread it, - and the major depression it triggers.

So, decided to rip the band-aid off early and check on my paycheck in Ultipro. After deducting my pto pay and using actual hours, production pay, Now at just over $8/hr. I just started, but the date I got was today for payday, yet it is not in my bank. They told me I do not have to wait for direct deposit, that it is right off the bat (rather than waiting the usual two checks or so with any other place). I made minimum wage for the past 2 weeks. Tell me again why I work for this company? I can now look for a job doing any stupid thing, anywhere, and not have to take a pay cut. Isn't that terrific? I got an email from HR today that my husband was 'accidentally' added back on my insurance. Note that he has not been on my insurance for almost a year. How this happened I have no idea.
