Is today payday? - switched my direct deposit

no deposit got last check late,,,not even sure if it is payday at this point...

I just started this past Wednesday and I've been left in the dark about a lot of things. Do any of you remember if you had to wait until the following payday if you were hired in the middle of a pay period?

I guess I was pampered at Transcend when they hired me because they showed us everything, step by step on how to clock in and out and how to use their intranet, etc. MModal just threw me out there. They also gave me the wrong log in passwords. I've been working there since Wednesday and I'm just now able to log into Teamwork. Oh well, this is my gripe.

It would also be nice if my CCM would help me out. grrrr... so back to the payday question, should I expect a check in the mail or will it be added to next time?

Welcome to MModal. The days of having someone explain anything to you are probably over - most of what you learn at MModal you are likely to learn on your own.

The pay period we are working on now ends next Saturday. Make sure you learn how to approve your timecard between now and then because I don't think you will be paid on time if you don't approve it. I'm 99% sure you will receive a manual check this time but receive direct deposit on your 2nd check. You can contact the payroll department at MModal and they will be able to tell you for sure.

you will be paid or not? Sounds like you are saying you hadn't punched in? and when you say you started Weds to you mean the day before yesterday Weds?, which would have been the 4th? or do you mean March 28th?

You might want to make sure your punches got added in team work if you had not punched in. You can add them yourself and CCM should have given you those instructions.

I'm going to double check that and see. I haven't approved my timesheet. I have no idea how to do that. My CCM isn't good about emailing me back. (sigh). I feel so lost... Transcend was much more organized than this, but of course they have been bought out now, so there goes that. A company this large should have it together and should be able to help new employees. I'll do some calling around Monday. I'm going to enjoy this holiday weekend :P

To approve your timesheet: - See message

in teamworks, click on the timesheet tab at the top of the screen. It will show all of your punches for the pay-period.

At the end of each pay-peroid all you have to do is click on "timesheet" in teamworks, and at the top in green it will say "approve timesheet". Simply click on it and it will save all your punches and thats it.

I checked it out and he did approve my time for last week. Some time this week hasn't been entered yet, so I just sent him an email about that. What day did the pay period end and where do I find out the pay period schedule and the pay day schedule? thanks again!

The payroll schedule is in Ultipro.

Your Ultipro ID is your M*Modal email address and your password when you log in for the first time is going to be your birthdate.

For example if your birthday is September, 23, 1976 then your password will be 09231976.

Once you are in, click on mmodal in the middle, then on the main page, look to your right hand side under company info links and scroll down a bit and you will see 2012 payroll schedule.

The pay-period we got paid for today ended on March 31st. And the next one will end Saturday, April 14th.

your email address should be entered as below:

firstname.lastname.@mt.us.mmodal.com

and once you get in, Ultipro will prompt you to change password immediately. You have to use one capital letter, a symbol such as "%" and some numbers.

I really appreciate the information you gave me! They gave me the same information for Ultipro, but it won't work. I took all their steps such as deleting cookies, adding intersourcing to my popup blocker accepted list, entering intersourcing directly into the address bar, and I have IE 8 so that isn't the problem.

I still cannot log in with my email address and password. It's so frustrating. I emailed her again today about it.

I finally got in after emailing them a couple of times. It's very handy because thats where you view and print your paystubs, change your W4s,add direct deposit, and see your compensation (line rates) and they even break down your lines for you for every single report you typed over the pay-period.

I think I called support and they contacted the Ultipro folks for me and then I got an email from them, but like I said it took a couple of times of them reseting my password before I finally got in.

I got my check in the mail today! so happy! :) Now, I just need to get Ultipro set up so I can set up direct deposit. I'll email them again Monday!

So, decided to rip the band-aid off early and check on my paycheck in Ultipro. After deducting my pto pay and using actual hours, production pay, Now at just over $8/hr. DQS is driving me crazy today. When I push the pedal, it takes a couple seconds to start playing. If I let off the pedal, it keeps going for a couple seconds and I can't get it to stop. The typing I am doing does not keep up with my finger speed either, with words not showing up until after I've typed them. I use my own computer and have never encountered this issue before. It is a major hindrance though, slowing me down. What's next? ...
