Did anyone get their paychecks deposited to their accounts today? Mine is not in the bank ! Desperately need money ! WHERE IS OUR PAYCHECKS ?????

You or anyone else is not doing Imedx or any of Imedx's employees (including myself) a favor by staying. If you are that unhappy and so distrustful then quit. It is a job, no longer a career, but a job nonetheless. If you think it will be better at another MTSO then by all means go - I have worked for others and the grass is definitely not greener. For right now, it is a job, I get paid on time or early, my checks are in the bank and that is all I expect. Imedx owes no one any answers, we need to follow the rules or leave, it is as simple as that. I worked for others where my paychecks bounced, put into my bank account and withdrawn for lack of funds without notice, underwent 3 paycuts, change in pay dates with 2 days notice, and the list goes on. In this day and age I am grateful for what I am getting and if it gets unbearable I will then quit.

Stop the whining, you were hired to do a job and they pay us to do that job, transcription is changing, be grateful for what you have instead of complaining and trying to make everyone else miserable.

Imedx is not forcing anyone to stay, if you or anyone else made the choice to stay, you are responsible for making yourself miserable.

I don't have a problem that others don't agree with our posts, but nobody forces anybody to read them - everyone is entitled to their opinion and if someone needs an outlet for their frustration why can't they just have that - when I see something I don't like on TV I change the channel, when I see a post I don't agree with I ignore it. Just saying.

Why stay somewhere where you feel taken advantage of or abused? The only person that can change anything is you or anyone in that situation. Better to get out of a rain storm than to stand there getting wet and complaining about it.

I say this again, if Imedx transcriptionists don't want to help themselves, stop whining or move on. I work for Imedx and so far I don't have a problem with it. When I do have a problem I will leave and not carry on like a spoiled child, stomp my feet or call names.

That, IMHO, is attacking the poster. If you don't think so, then you need to look up the meaning of attacking and/or demeaning someone who doesn't think like you do.

I agree with the above poster. We aren't stupid people and we know the proper channels to follow. My manager is a great manager. She does a good job, is supportive, etc. She knows absolutely nothing more than I do most of the time, and she probably can't stand Imedx as much as I can't stand Imedx.

Every time I ask or comment to my manager or higher up, I am either ignored or the answer is I don't know.

Coming to this website is the only way we know much of anything, and yes, I do use this website as a sounding board to vent at times so I don't make a decision I regret and just up and quit before the right opportunity is available.

Maybe if Imedx would do a better job of communicating and stop making stupid decisions then we wouldn't feel the need to even bring up their name on MTStars.

So, decided to rip the band-aid off early and check on my paycheck in Ultipro. After deducting my pto pay and using actual hours, production pay, Now at just over $8/hr. DQS is driving me crazy today. When I push the pedal, it takes a couple seconds to start playing. If I let off the pedal, it keeps going for a couple seconds and I can't get it to stop. The typing I am doing does not keep up with my finger speed either, with words not showing up until after I've typed them. I use my own computer and have never encountered this issue before. It is a major hindrance though, slowing me down. What's next? ...
