Just got an e-mail today that we have to learn new accounts with new account specifics, in addition to working on our present account. They are sending our present account to India, but still keeping some of it.
I don't know which would be easier - volunteering for a new account or learning DEP. I was told that if we start to type on DEP, they will have to send us a new computer with new programs, because we can't have Cornerstone and DEP on the same computer (probably). I did ask my supervisor these questions, but she hasn't returned my e-mail. So when she said we will keep our present account and working on the new one, that is because they need help on other accounts. If we don't volunteer to where they need help, we will be short of work, and our affinities will have to be changed to assure we have work after the transition off shore.
