[ In Reply To ..]company, DSG, lost a large account when the tornado ripped through Joplin, MO. Soon after that they were bought out by MM, and my life has been a nightmare ever since.
How is that? Joplin had ONE hospital. It was wrecked but how - does that translate into a large SM

The medical part is gone but then they also had the meeting notes we could do but because I was an IC at the time I couldn't do it because they could not figure out how to pay me as it was an hourly job. Yeah, I miss the good ole days of DSG!

Only 1 Joplin hospital, part of a 3 hospital system, was wrecked in that tornado. That tells me even with that one hospital out of commission, there should have been dictation for the other 2 hospitals. Heck, there should have been MORE dictation with all the storm victims.
This was just another typical lie by an MTSO.

There may have been another couple of hospitals but they were not ones we were able to do. They had a tent set up to see some patients but the work was few and far between. But the Q had that acct to begin with, was not DSG's unfortunately.
So DSG was doing overflow? And when that was gone, instead - of being honest they lied about the tornado? nm

We were told recently a doctor was complaining about the quality of our reports. I thought that strange as he has no accent and speaks very clearly. I just did a report of his and his complaints are....do not use 1, 2, 3, etc., spell out one, two, three, etc.., do not leave off THE patient and just type patient at the beginning of a sentence..do not leave off LABORATORY IS AS FOLLOWS and just type LABORATORY, type what I said.
