okay, so I have been put on PM. i was told to log into Ultipro and SM - TT

Log into Ultipro click on myself tab and click correctiv actions. I have tried to do this several times and cannot. i get a message that my system cannot handle this, I need explorer 8 or hogher. I tried to download explorer 8 and it says I my system cannot handle it. I tried from personal computer and get same message. I then tried again on MMODAL comp using Firefox, still no go, same message. Anybody else have this problem? This is crazy.

Ultipro needs to be put on Performance Management.

then open internet explorer and past the address on the bar. You should be good to go then...Unfortunately, speaking from experience! LOL

She told me about 50% of the people in my POD have been put on PM. There is something wrong. It seems like it is way too easy to be put on the naughty list.

the unrealistic standards they hold us to? I was put in PM in March...have passed every month since then, but it still shows open when I check UltiPro. I think I may have to behave for 6 months before it is closed. Ugh! I failed 2 audit monthly averages in a row, and it was seriously be a fraction... I think 99.4 something...insane!

I was averaging around 148 lph and I had just started on a new account. I was told since I did not meet the line requirement that I would be put on PM. This company is insane. Also I doubt any of the higher ups could do 99.4.

I am on PM for 2 failed audits and line counts. i was switched to all new accounts after 4 years 3 months ago. A whole new POD. I have been struggling ever since. Before that I passed my weekly audits and made line counts. Lately, I know what Eeyore from Winnie The Pooh feels like, "why bother?" I will be coached this week, ad f don't improve move to next level, whatever that is (have never spoken to HDSM yet).

Oh, also next to the some of the line counts was a dollar figure. What does tat mean. SM - OP

Is this some sort of a retroactive dock in my pay? As I said I have never heard from the HDSM in the 3 months I have been in her POD. Even when we have scheduled meetings for audit review she is a no show. Good grief. Maybe I should not show up for my PM review, oh wait she already she can't make it to that one either.

I HATE when MQ/Modal makes changes and we have to follow their instructions on how to make the changes in our computers..for me, at least, the instructions are not correct. I have been trying to get into Ultipro and it keeps telling me my address/PW is wrong. I put in the new address and the DOB password and then it tells me information is missing and to contact my system administrator..who the heck is that? Now DQS is seizing up and the voice is not coming out and then the key ...

I never did get a lousy W2 form from this company. I finally was able to get into Ultipro to do my taxes. Yes, I procrastinated. I was able to get into the last year and able to see how much I gave to state, and my total of income. But I need..... the EIN# and federal # on the W2 form. My POD gets this daily audit emails and they list all the audits that were performed and you have to find your Ultipro number to see how you did. Well, they also list the names of those who scored 100% and how many reports were perfect. The last few emails, I was able to figure out what name goes to what number just by comparing. If you sign up with MQ e-mail address, does that mean you will stop getting check stubs in the mail? I guess I'm losing it. I have written down here that my Ultipro log-in is firstname.lastname.mt.us.mmodal.com (where firstname = my first name and lastname = my last name, of course). Does anyone have the web address for Ultipro? I used to have it but my computer was corrupted recently and tech had to redo everything and in the process I no longer have the new site address for Ultipro.
