Thoughts on this? What do we do when they quit paying the hourly stipend to make up for the transition? There is no way we can be as efficient or produce as much on this platform, so this is, in effect, another pay cut, or is it just me? Anybody else spitting out the lines on this disaster?

Spitting out lines? LOLOLOL How, when the ISR is from the dinosaur age, no one helps with the short cuts we need that only work for some and not others, the system locks frequently, and to think this is BEFORE we even find out if we are getting pay cuts. I now feel violated by both Wedsuckx and Nuance....

This is ALREADY a pay cut, just having to use this nightmare of a platform, horrendous ISR. Do you really think they have the stupidity to cut it again? They are already going to have to deal with a mass exodus if they don't compensate us in some way for the money we are losing using this platform and REALLY bad ISR.

They are requesting some enhancements to the platform. Will be nice if we have autonumbering etc. again.

I always had better production with the native system than the new. I agree that the new one had some nice bells and whistles like the heading and subheading features, but that is what they were..bells and whistles.

My suggestion to those who fear a loss of pay due to decreased production is to use this time of being paid an hourly rate to create normals, Shorthand or IT entries, and use those to increase speed while transcribing. When we do get back to VR, it is supposed to be on another VR program that is supposed to be much better. This, of course, will all take some time as the engine will have to "learn the lingo."

I agree with you Old Woman!!! Native has more manual work at 8.5 cpl and you don't really need to hit the higher line bonuses when you are getting paid that for manual. The higher line bonuses were there for when we got all VR work.

you get it back, so--enjoy! Somehow I suspect there's a lot of complainer overlap here. BTW, I never deleted all my old version macros (if only I'd labeled them properly) so I'm doing...okay. Not great, stumbling, but okay. Being paid transcription rate for SR while I get back in the groove is really helping during the build back to speed. They're doing that right.

Seems like there's also a lot of attacker overlap. sm - MT

For the last several weeks I have been sending reports for a particular MD to QA with lots of blanks. No problems with other MDs or PAs, just that one. Found out a couple of days ago that I'm not the only one sending lots of blanks back for the same MD. As far as I can tell we have our TSM and other TSM substitute on her days off. After she signs off in the afternoon we don't have anyone until next morning. At least we never get any Spark messages, updates, etc. during that time or from anyone else. I know Transcend used to have TLs. Maybe other companies that were absorbed did too. Could someone help me understand how time is accumulated in Enterprise. I clock into Webclock and then log into Enterprise. Work my shift. I can see the hours in Enterprise, let's say for the week 40 hours. Then I log into Webclock and punch out and can see the hours there, let's say 39.50. I am trying to open Enterprise this morning and the screen is small - only takes up about half of my monitor - anybody have this problem before and how to solve it? I rebooted and that didn't help. Everything in Enterprise is very tiny - all other software/Google, etc. opens normally, so it is just the Enterprise platform that is acting funny. Fellow Enterprise platform users, have you ever lost the red box around the text and wondered why? Once it is gone you can no longer move about the report with ease, the facility to go to a particular place by Alt-R or double click no longer works.
