This OOW situation, is it just Enterprise or other platforms, too?

I've been a transcriptionist for 29 years, the last 14 of which have been working from home. My husband used to always carry me on his insurance but he lost his job (the plant closed down where he worked) and he has subsequently gone on disability. He's 62, and is soon to be on Medicare. As far as I can tell we have our TSM and other TSM substitute on her days off. After she signs off in the afternoon we don't have anyone until next morning. Is it just me, or is it quite arrogant for them to request the place in the audio when challenging? I think your semblance of security is just that. Contracts expire. Costs - of service force constant negotiations.
