Is it just those of us on Enterprise who are OOW for at least the last couple weeks? sm - OOW

I see a lot of goose eggs.. 0 0 0...in the backlog.  Starting to wonder if Enterprise is being phased out for another platform or are folks on other platforms OOW intermittently on a daily basis, as well.

Supposedly ours are all US, but I think QC are being fed some of our reports to keep them busy. Fighting like crazy to get hours in, but losing the battle.

Contracts expire, accounts get offshored when you least expect it. - But major snow has paralyzed alot

Plus, many of your worktypes were likely in good enough shape to be converted to EHR.

is missing, not sure when it happened, but that could explain why there is little to no work on Enterprise.

I also had an auto reversal in Fiesa from QA/QC in India, which has never happened before.

Usually by Saturday afternoon we have hundreds of jobs to keep us busy, as of right now there is 3 on one account and 5 on another.

Something is definitely up.

The team metrics report we just got didn't show any new MT numbers or any missing numbers. We do have some accounts on east coast, but also south and west. I believe it must be the impact that QC are now also typing when they are out of QC work. Or at least that is part of the problem. One QC said it was automatically pooled to them when they ran out. Others don't probably want to admit it. They know we are ticked enough at some of their Fiesa doings and probably don't want to add fuel to the fire.

If QC is doing our work, they why are we getting so few audits?

I pended 2% of my work to QC for blanks, etc., last week, and I got 2 reports in my QC1 for the whole week, so where are the other reports that I sent to QC?

If they are supposed to QA at least 2% of our work (and I checked it is 2% NOT 1%), then why did I have only 1 report audited last week?

So, why QC is typing reports when they are not meeting the minimum number of reports to fill in blanks, etc., or the minimum reports for QA, seems to me that is management is pulling away our work to avoid any OT.

BTW, bad weather is not the issue. My sister was an RN. If there was bad weather and people couldn't get to work, somebody would go get them. If they didn't have enough people at work, the people that were there stayed there, were given 4-6 hours off for sleep and then back at it.

My sister was told to come in to work with 3 days' worth of clothing, etc., somebody came and got her. She stayed there for 3 days, they gave her a bed to sleep in and 8 hours, and then she was back at it.

Only way bad weather is an issue is if the patient cannot get there.

Right? I mean really. What the heck? I have been OOW for weeks to the point of being unable to achieve my hours, really since before Christmas, with the odd busy week between. I have used all PTO because broke.

Come on, Nuance, fess up. What the heck is going on? We can't afford to keep working way less hours than we are scheduled for. Sitting here from 6 am to 10 pm to scratch for work is not doing my mental health any good either.

I am going to file for partial UE tomorrow and see what happens.

If you have filed for partial UE, can I ask do you basically sit there for your entire shift and do what work is there, and THEN file for partial UE for the rest of the hours?

Even that would still be better than sitting here from 6 am to 10 pm to catch any work - and still coming up short!

I just cannot take it anymore. I am starting a second part time job next week, so I really cannot wait for the work and "flex" my hours. You okayed my shift, so where's the work? No work, no pay, I am trying for partial UE for the rest of it.

I would appreciate anyone who has done this if they could provide any info on how difficult it is to achieve, how difficult to maintain, any pushback from Nuance, etc.

As far as I can tell we have our TSM and other TSM substitute on her days off.  After she signs off in the afternoon we don't have anyone until next morning. At least we never get any Spark messages, updates, etc. during that time or from anyone else. I know Transcend used to have TLs.  Maybe other companies that were absorbed did too. What exactly does a TL do anyway? ...

Could someone help me understand how time is accumulated in Enterprise.  I clock into Webclock and then log into Enterprise.  Work my shift.  I can see the hours in Enterprise, let's say for the week 40 hours.   Then I log into Webclock and punch out and can see the hours there, let's say 39.50.    Then when the lines are uploaded to sign the time sheet, the enterprise hours are always different than what I can see in enterprise (usually low ...

I am trying to open Enterprise this morning and the screen is small - only takes up about half of my monitor - anybody have this problem before and how to solve it?  I rebooted and that didn't help.  Everything in Enterprise is very tiny - all other software/Google, etc. opens normally, so it is just the Enterprise platform that is acting funny.  I tried all the ways of making it "full screen" and nothing works.....probably going to have to call tech support..... ...
