Final paycheck question - Another MT

Has anyone ever been told that the final pay from an MT company will not come all at once, and will be divided up into 2 final payments?  I thought this company would send me one final check, but she stated that they are sending it out according to their pay schedule and the final check will not come until the second week in June!!  It is not a tremendous sum; the first check I received was last week and it was around $370, and the second one I doubt will even be $200.   I have had to ask for documents from them regarding the company, its policies, pay period dates, and was never provided any information on this company to print out.  I wish I had never even gotten into working for this company.  They hired me without any testing, although not complaining there.  The only one that even gave me any instruction on my account was tech support, and my direct supervisor slipped things in she said she forgot to tell me.  Each time she told me anything she could not remember she had even talked to me..and often said "I guess I forgot to tell you that."  When I would ask how my work was she said perfectly fine, but then a week later she said that I was not performing up to their standards.  She said that I did ops just great, and then informed me that my format was incorrect.  She had me coming and going, until I was just going around in circles and thoroughly disgusted with their management.  The company was only worth around $560,000, and they paid their employees by Pay Pal.  When she told me about my final pay check, I thought it was strange, and then it dawned on me that perhaps they were operating on a low budget and perhaps could not pay me or anyone else that left in a timely fashion.  I found out they had 1 account, and she said that if I ran out of work they had private physicians that I could get work from that work source!!  She also doled out work; I was never put into a pool, and when I was starting to go faster she pulled me back and put me on the worst work ever, with the most horrible foreign speaking doctors.  She also told me that I would have very, very few foreign doctors, and I ended up with a bunch.  What a nightmare this ended up to be, and actually I am so glad to be out of that company; if any of you would like the name of this company, please just e-mail me...this company should be reported.
