worked in an MT department before, because that is how it was. Maybe not to that degree, but close to it.
I never in my life worked with the kind of women I did, when I work inhouse. Horrible.
I work outside of my home (not doing MT work) and it isn't that way and quite refreshing. Not to say, you like everyone or they like you, but the work place is tolerable and enjoyable and the clients we serve are great (for the most part).
