I agree, the last few jobs I worked it was that way which is what led me to work from home. One job was a registration job at a hospital and the last was in medical records. Accusations, drama all the time. A lot of snooping. I like working from home better but sadly one job I work on is a pool of work where several other ladies work and I have to deal with cherry picking and complaining on that which is unpleasant. The work is fine but the way it is picked is another issue.
