MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE RADIOLOGY SPECIFIC TRANSCRIPTION.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters. This role is essential in enhancing the efficiency of medical practices by allowing providers to focus on patient care while maintaining comprehensive medical records.

Duties

• Accurately transcribe medical documentation during patient visits, including history, physical examinations, and treatment plans.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist in documenting patient interactions in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure all relevant information is captured accurately.
• Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to enhance the quality of documentation.
• Support the healthcare team by preparing necessary documents and reports as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Proficiency in typing and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to effectively transcribe and document detailed medical information accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of ER procedures is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

$16/hr or pay per case

Fully remote position/Daytime
