I'd try to stay out of it and just mind my own business when I worked in-office with a group of about 10 ladies. It was a large open space office, no cubicles. A couple of the ladies always had their eyes on you, never missing a thing! I don't know how they could work that way, one eye on the computer screen and the other on everyone else! The drama was especially intense whenever one of the ladies felt "cheated or slighted" by the boss in any way. That sort of thing made for a very unpleasant work environment, because you were expected to take sides. OMG! So childish...I was so glad when our jobs switched over to remote and I could finally work in peace from home!!
